HT Capital is an investment platform under HT (Hongtao) Asset Management, active since 1999. Our core team brings extensive experience across the full spectrum of investment activities, including strategic portfolio construction and management, with a focus on sectors that contribute positively to long-term economic and societal development.

We invest across multiple stages and asset classes, including venture capital (early- and late-stage growth), private equity buyout funds, opportunistic and alternative credit, and public markets. Our approach emphasizes disciplined capital allocation and long-term value creation.

Our portfolio is global in scope, with key partnerships across the United States, Europe and Asia. To date, HT Capital has established relationships with over 130 private market general partners as a limited partner, alongside a network of more than 100 public equity managers with established investment track records. In addition, we have accumulated exposure to over 290 portfolio companies through our direct investments.
